Hi Everyone, I want to apologize; Bob and sever...

Hi Everyone,

I want to apologize; Bob and several other blog subscribers brought up a great point after reading Wednesday’s post regarding the Newsletter Subscriber promotion.  The intent of the promotion was to thank the Newsletter subscribers for their support of KUIU and add value to receiving KUIU news.

As Bob pointed out there has not been a more loyal and supportive group than the Building KUIU subscribers.  You were here first, became the first customers, jumped through all the hoops of the pre-sale and you have done a magnificent job spreading the word about KUIU to your family and friends. KUIU Blog Subscribers have earned the first right to any promotion from KUIU. I absolutely could not agree more and thank you for this loyalty and support from the bottom of my heart.

So, starting next week Eric will email the promotion to you, Building KUIU blog subscribers, on Tuesday.  This will give you a day to take advantage of the promotion and limited quantities. On Wednesday, Eric will email the KUIU Newsletter to the newsletter mailing list as we have the past two week. This will be the new standard going forward.

Thank you to Bob and everyone who posted up their comments regarding the promotion. I sincerely apologize for my oversite, hearing your opinions and thoughts is how together WE build a great brand. Have a great weekend.

Jason! Being that I have bought ever piece of Kuiu gear you have made! Even the pack! I love the gear! I love how it all layers together and it’s light weight! I sure hope I’m on the list to be one of the first group that gets the discount! Keep up the good work!

Great Solution! I have been a subscriber to both the ‘blog’ & ‘newsletter’ since I started following KUIU, so I never realized there was an issue, till I read about it on the blog a few days ago. I can understand where some of the early blogger’s may have felt ‘slighted’, but as always, you took care of the problem, quick and efficently. I was able to get a set of the 250 Merino at the discounted price… I Thank You!

I am very encouraged by the respect and service you give all of us. As I told a few staffers when I got my Icon 6000, it is the best pack I have owned. It fits my 5’7″ great! Super quality. I told my friend I bought one and he can’t wait to see it.
A heart-felt “thank you” for your work and high standards.

Sorry for the late reply but have been out of town. I think you and your team have come up with a great solution for the specials. Once again you have shown why your company is and will continue to be a success.

This may not be the right place to post this, but I have not been able to view the images on the “In the Field” section–is there an error on the page? It looks like the background displays correctly as well as the KUIU logo, but no field pics.

On a separate note, great work on making customer service a top priority; that is a rare commodity in today’s consumer world where a customer can shop around so easily, and that experience many times separates the “one and done” customers from the customers for life. Keep it up!

      Hi Tim,

I will find out why this may be happening on the album. Thanks for the heads up. I will forward your comment on to our team. They LOVE to hear this from our customer, thank you!
