EMAIL & FAX PREORDERS
You may place a preorder at any time for any out of stock item. This give you priority over the next incoming shipment. Placing a preorder authorizes us to place the order for you as soon as the item arrives.
Because preorders are managed internally, they must be placed directly with a KUIU Customer Service representative over the phone during business hours Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-5:00PM PST at 855-367-5848. If you’re outside of the United States or unable to reach us at that time, we ask that you please follow these steps:
- Log in to your customer account, or create a customer account here under the heading “First Time Customers”.
- After submitting your information, you will be redirected to the KUIU Store Front. From this page, click “My Account/Reorder” in the box to the right.
- Add a Saved Credit Card to your account.
Please note: KUIU is only able to view the last four digits of your credit card. If desired, you may remove the information immediately after your order ships at which time your credit card will be charged.
- If the billing address for your saved credit card is different than your ship-to address, please add it under “Addition Addresses” and mark it as your preferred bill-to address.
After completing these steps, you have the option to email or fax your order.
