If any of you have had a thread or post deleted on the forum or blog I apologize. It is my fault and has been taken care of immediately.

Thank you to all that have expressed concerns and made comments. KUIU was built on Transparency, Social Media and trust and I sincerely apologize to any of you who feel wronged by a negative comment or post being deleted. Again, this was not intended and has been rectified.

    Thank you Jason for addressing this so quickly.

    Just for everyone’s information, Jason was unaware of this. I emailed him about it and within 15 minutes I got a reply. Another 10 and there were a couple of replies on the forum and a few more this was posted.

    The quick response tells me a couple things. 1) He truly didn’t know about it. 2) He does care about transparency.

    I haven’t had and hope to not have anything negative to post about anything KUIU, but this just goes to show how you are going above and beyond to stand behind your product and help your customers! You have always been straight forward and a man of your word via our emails and chats, so for that and coming out and fixing this I thank you!     Thanks for stepping up and restoring the faith Jason. As a loyal KUIU customer from the beginning I too was concerned about the deletion of those posts. I appreciate your reasonable explanation. Objective feedback and transparency are important. Now….about those major brown attack pants…Is it May yet? 🙂

    So what about the fit and size issues with the change in factories?

      We had some initial products get mislabeled out of the factory and some minor grading adjustment to make which have all been taken care of. The Vancouver factory over graded on our XL and XXL sizes which Toray adjusted for us. Follow the sizing chart and you will be fine.
